These are not five unrelated businesses under one name. A homesite needs clearing before it needs a pad, a pad needs to be right before a steel building or a house goes on it, and the land deals that started this company are the reason we own the equipment in the first place.
The practical benefit is that the seams between those steps are one company's responsibility instead of three contractors pointing at each other over an anchor bolt layout. If you only need one piece of it, that is fine too — most of our jobs are one piece of it.
